Comprehensive Metabolic Panels at Miami-Dade Walk-in Centers
If our doctors and providers have concerns about your health or need additional information to confirm a diagnosis, we can perform a comprehensive metabolic panel at each of our UHealth Jackson Urgent Care centers.
This comprehensive blood test can give our providers a snapshot of many different things happening in your body, including your blood sugar (glucose) levels, electrolyte levels, kidney and liver function, alkaline phosphatase levels, sodium levels, and more.
How Our Urgent Care Can Help
You can walk in to any of our urgent care centers without an appointment to see a doctor about common illnesses and minor injuries. If testing is needed—such as a comprehensive metabolic panel—it can be done during your visit through our on-site lab.
Your test results will be reviewed by a UHealth urgent care doctor so you can be sure you’re getting the expert care you need. Our team will review your results to provide the appropriate treatment, and ensure nothing more serious is going on.
We can also connect you to specialists from the University of Miami Health System and Jackson Health System if follow-up care is recommended.
