Same-Day Sports Physicals In Miami-Dade

UHealth Jackson Urgent Care centers around Miami-Dade County offer sports physicals for students.
Students can walk in to any of urgent care centers for a sports physical given by our board-certified physicians and experienced providers from the University of Miami Health System and Jackson Health System.
Sports physicals include a review of a student athlete’s medical history and a physical exam. A heart screening via an electrocardiogram, or EKG, can be performed but is not required.
What to Bring
A parent or guardian must accompany all minor children for a sports physical. Students must bring the Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form provided by their school.
