Bronchitis & Pneumonia Treatment in Miami-Dade

If your cold symptoms — such as a runny nose, scratchy throat, fever, and cough and congestion — are not getting better, it may be time to visit your nearby UHealth Jackson Urgent Care center.

You can walk in without an appointment and be seen quickly by an urgent care doctor who can examine you to see what is causing your symptoms.

How Our Urgent Care Can Help

Our doctors and providers at UHealth Jackson Urgent Care can determine if your cold is in fact due to bronchitis, pneumonia, or something else - such as the flu, complications with asthma, or another illness.

We can perform a chest X-ray on-site so our doctors and providers can get a better picture of what is happening in your chest. We can also run other tests to diagnose or rule out other illnesses, and have results during your visit.

Pneumonia can be dangerous for Infants, children, and people over 65. They should be followed by a doctor, especially if symptoms do not improve or worsen.
